Crème Brûlée

This dessert, which is taken from French cuisine, is a soft, rich custard topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel.

Pumpkin Ravioli

What’s not to love about the taste and smell of pumpkin? It’s probably the most dominant flavor that prepares us for the most wonderful time of the year. To indulge myself in the culinary delights of the holiday season, I created this amazing, sweet and salty pumpkin ravioli dish. Loaded with bold flavors and spices, this dish is sure to impress your guests.

Apple Blue Cheese Salad with Maple Pecan Vinaigrette (inspired by III Forks Salad)

This salad was inspired by the original house III Forks salad. It combines sweet and savory flavors and is very light and fruity–making it the perfect summer salad. Serve it as an entrée or a starter course.

Banana Pancakes

Have you ever tasted a pancake made from scratch? If so, you know that the pancake born of dry mixes tastes like cardboard in comparison. My favorite homemade pancake gets its creamy taste from buttermilk and from bananas added to the batter on the griddle.

Coconut Curry Butternut Squash Soup

Very filling and even a little naughty, this butternut squash soup is a decadent appetizer. Butternut squash is hearty on its own, but the coconut milk makes the mixture truly rich.

Pain Perdu with Caramelized Peaches and a Raspberry Sauce (Gordon Ramsay Recipe)

I first discovered Brioche when I made this Pain Perdu recipe by Gordon Ramsay. Brioche has a high egg and butter content, which gives it a rich and tender crumb. Sounds perfect for French toast. Indeed, in my opinion, the best bread for making this dish.
